10g of Virkon powder mixed with 1 litre of water makes a solution effective against all bacterial, viral and fungal disease-causing organisms affecting animals and man.
In addition to being used as a cage, bedding and food container cleaner, Virkon can be used as a shampoo and skin disinfectant.
The 500g economy pack will make up to 50 litres of disinfectant, and comes complete with a measuring scoop to aid accurate preparation of the disinfectant solution. Once diluted, Virkon is effective for 7 days, with a colour change indicating when the solution has become inactive.
