Postage & packing
Postage and packing is charged at £3.00 on all orders within the UK mainland. Charges for delivery to the rest of the world will be shown on the checkout page you’ll see before you submit your order.

17.5% VAT is included in the prices shown. This will be automatically deducted for orders placed from outside the European Union.

Delivery schedule
Orders will be processed within 2 working days. Orders received before 12.00am Monday to Friday will be processed within 1 working day. Goods will normally be delivered within 3 - 4 working days, subject to stock availability.
We will email you to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

Returns policy
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you’re dissatisfied with anything ordered from us, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt stating why you’re not happy with it and we’ll give you a full refund.
